About Wiklet

[Wiklet] is a simple [Wiki] that offers little in the way of advanced functionality; instead it concentrates on being easy to install by users with modest computer skills, and easy to use even for novices. It comes with complete documentation (you're reading it!).

Wiklet

• can be installed on almost any web server
• consists of a handful of Perl modules, plus one short configuration script per [Wiki]
• generates almost all of its HTML from template files that can be edited using a standard HTML editor, making it easy to give a new look and feel to Wikis
• keeps a record of all page edits, so it is possible to recover from erroneous or malicious changes, as well as to see how the Wiki has changed over time
• is free software that can be freely modified and redistributed by its users
