Sabadell/Barcelona, January 2013

A trip with my friend Iria Massotti to her home town, Sabadell, and some Barcelona tourism.

Two of Iria’s own paintings.

The view from Iria’s parents’ apartment.

There’s an extraordinary range of architecture in Barcelona…

…but the Sagrada Familia is in a league of its own.

Coffee pause.

The beach too was more impressive for its man-made than its natural construction. Even the sand is put there by hand!

I miss streets like this.

Not a pun shop.

In (or rather near) Sabadell, the cool place to go for coffee is the local airfield.
