LinuxDoc to DocBook conversion

This package is for converting LinuxDoc documents to DocBook; it
requires (Open)Jade.

To use it:

1. Unpack the archive.

2. Edit ld2db.sh to set LD2DB to the directory where you unpacked the
   archive. The output defaults to DocBook 4.2; you can get DocBook
   3.0 by changing "42" to "30" in ld2db.sh.

3. Move ld2db.sh on to your PATH (if you like).

4. For each file, run: ld2db.sh file.sgml new-file.sgml
